Both the applicant are present in the Court and the applicant no.2 is also represented by Mr. Anant Zargar, Advocate. Learned Advocate Anant Zargar confirms that the applicant no.2 no longer wises to pursue the FIR lodged by him. 3.

This is joint application for quashing of FIR dated 05-10-2021 in Crime No.570/2021 for offence punishable under Sections 380, 427,448, 454, 457 of the Indian Panel Code. 4.

Having regard to the allegations made, we think that the same mostly personal to the applicant no.2 i.e complainant in this case. Both the parties have filed affidavit before us in which they have stated that they have sorted out the dispute amongst themselves and the applicant no.2 does not wish the pursue his complaint. Applicant no.2 has stated that he has no objection to

2/2 the quashing of the impugned FIR.

Since the parities have settled the dispute among themselves amicably, as per the judgment of Hon' ble Supreme Court in the case of Narinder Singh and others vs State of Punjab and another reported in (2014) 6 SCC 466, we see no difficulty in allowing this petition and quashing the impugned FIR. This shall however be subject to the applicants paying costs of Rs. 10,000/- to the Legal services Sub Committed Nagpur within a period of three weeks from today. Proof of the payment/receipt shall be produced in this case by the applicants and only thereafter the order of quashing will take effect.
