The petitioner died on 5th November 2017 i.e. after filing of this writ petition. The legal representatives of the petitioner had filed application before the trial Court praying that they be permitted to come on record as plaintiffs. This application is allowed by the trial Court by order dated 11th February 2019.

The learned advocate for the respondent/ defendant has submitted that the respondent does not propose to challenge the order passed by the trial Court on 11th February 2019.

In the above facts, the applicants are permitted to come on record as petitioners in place of the original petitioner.

The civil application is allowed accordingly.

After arguing for sometime, the learned advocate for the petitioner(s), on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed as withdrawn. No costs.
