This application is filed by the respondent-claimant seeking permission to withdraw an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- lying in fixed deposit with the registry of this Court. The claimant has stated that the amount is required to pay the fees of his son, who intends to pursue Master's Degree in Engineering. There is nothing on record to disbelieve the statement made by the claimant on oath. Accepting the averment made on behalf of the respondent, the respondentclaimant is permitted to withdraw an amount Rs.1,50,000/- which is lying in fixed deposit with the registry of this court. The respondent-claimant should file an undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court stating that if it is found that he is not entitled for the amount withdrawn by him, he will re-deposit it along with interest, as may be determined by this Court, within two months.
