The Petitioner has challenged the order passed by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Akola, dated 12/03/2024, rejecting the proposal submitted by the Petitioner Nos.1 and 2 in respect of transfer of Petitioner No.3 from unaided to aided division.

By the Government Resolution dated 27/03/2024 the State Government has constituted High Level Committees to examine the grievances of the management and employees against the authorities of the education department of the State in respect

926wp5436.24 of various categories including that of rejection of proposals for approval. This Committee also has a power of grant of interim orders and has to give opportunity to the parties. 3.

Since this Forum provides for reconsideration of the order passed by the Education Officer which is beneficial to the Petitioners, we do not deem it necessary to keep the petition pending. We permit the Petitioners to approach the committee, and the committee thereafter as per the procedure laid down in the said Government Resolution will take necessary decision. As per the law laid down by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Nitin Bhika Tagde and another .vs. The State of Maharashtra and another in Writ Petition No.204/2019, if the petitioners rely on any decision of this court and the same is ignored, same would be viewed seriously by the court including considering initiation of contempt proceeding. 4.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of in the above terms.
