Heard.
The only prayer made by the petitioners is for a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the revision filed by the petitioners in the month of June-2015. It is stated that it would be necessary for the respondent no.2 to decide the revision within a reasonable time.
Shri Kale, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, states that if the revision is pending, the same would be decided by the respondent no.2 as early as possible and within a period of two months from the date of service of the notice of the revision on the concerned parties. By accepting the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, which would be binding on the respondent no.2, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
