In view of the proposed order, requirement of issuing notice to respondent Nos.2 and 3 is hereby dispensed with. 3.

It is pleaded by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have filed some objections to the provisional Seniority List dated 22nd February 2023 which is pending consideration before the Education Officer-respondent No.3.

The prayer is thus that the respondent No.3 be directed to consider and decide the said objections and take a final decision thereon at an early date.

Having regard to the innocuous nature of prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondent No.3 to consider and decide the objections stated to have been filed by the petitioners against the seniority list dated 22nd February 2023 strictly in accordance with law and the Rules applicable thereto, expeditiously, say within a period of three months from the date the certified copy of this order is produced before him.
