The learned counsel for the parties agree that the adjudication in Writ Petition No.4733/2021 (Prakash Tikar and ors. Vs. State of Maharashtra and ors.) with connected writ petitions decided on 04.02.2022 would govern the adjudication of these writ petitions. Accordingly for reasons recorded in the aforesaid judgment, these writ petitions stand dismissed. No costs.

The statement on oath made by the respondent no.2 herein in those writ petitions by filing affidavit shall also operate as statements made in these writ petitions.
