DATE : 14/11/2022 Present composite application is filed by the appellant to condone the delay in filing application for bringing legal representatives and for setting aside abatement and for bringing legal representatives of respondent No.1-(b). Similar application is filed by legal representatives of respondent No. 1-(b). The proposed legal representatives of respondent No.1-(b) have no objection if their names are taken on record.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay of twenty eight days is hereby condoned. Abatement is set aside. Permission is granted to bring legal representatives of respondent No.1-(b) on record.

In view of the order passed in Civil Application No. 1154/2022, nothing survives in the application No.1155/2022.
