It seems that this Court had passed an order directing the applicant/respondent No.1-Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Co. Ltd. to deposit the amount of compensation in this Court. Accordingly, respondent No.1 had deposited the amount. However, subsequently, by the judgment dated 17-11-2022, the petition was dismissed and since then, the amount has been lying in this Court. Therefore, respondent No.1 prays that the amount lying in this Court be refunded to it.

In view of the above, we deem it appropriate to grant the relief as prayed by respondent No.1.

Hence, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i). 5.
