This petition challenges the show cause notice dated 21.06.2025 issued by the management. It is stated that after filing of the petition, a detailed reply has been filed by the petitioner to the show cause notice.

That being so, we dispose of this petition by directing that the management shall duly consider the reply filed by the petitioner and if any adverse order is passed against the petitioner, the same shall not be given effect for a period of 15 days.
