As the subsequent developments are sought to be brought on record, civil application is allowed. The necessary amendment be carried out within one week. 3.

The learned AGP has made some statements which we do not find proper to record in the absence of supporting affidavit.

The respondents to file appropriate affidavit within a period of two weeks.

In view of the orders dated 05.07.2017 passed in Writ Petition No. 4228 of 2017, list the present writ petition along with connected matters on 22.09.2017.
