The learned counsel for the appellant states that costs of Rs. 1000/- shall be paid within a period of one week from today. Statement is accepted. Prayer is to permit the claimant to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant. Perused the judgment of the Reference Court. The claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation on filing undertaking that in case the appeal is allowed the amount withdrawn shall be repaid with interest at such rate the Court may direct. 25% of the remaining balance amount deposited is permitted to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). Civil application is disposed of.
