This appeal raises a challenge to the order of acquittal in Special (POCSO) Case No. 34/2019 dated 13.01.2022 by way of judgment and order dated 13.01.2022.

It is brought to the notice that the State has also challenged the order of acquittal by way of appeal bearing ST No. 2777/2022 in which this Court vide order dated 19.10.2022 granted leave and admitted appeal. 7.
