The applicant has filed this application for grant of anticipatory bail.

It appears from the record that on 08.08.2025, detailed order was passed by this Court and granted interim protection to the applicant. The condition was imposed to attend the Police Station once in a week i.e. on every Sunday and to co-operate the Investigating Agency.

Today, the learned Counsel for the applicant has filed on record the papers about the attendance of the applicant in Police Station. It appears that whenever he was called by the police, he has cooperated in investigation. On 08.08.2025, though the order of this Court was passed to attend the Police Station once in a week, the police on their own have condoned this condition and asked the applicant to attend the Police Station whenever required. 4.

The document i.e. Suchanapatra is taken on record and marked as Exhibit - X for identification. 5.

Since the applicant has cooperated the police in investigation and obeyed the order of this Court for further investigation, the custodial interrogation is not required. Hence, the interim protection is confirmed.

The application is allowed on the same terms and conditions contained in the order granting interim protection except the attendance.
