CRIMINAL APPLICATION NO.1409 OF 2018 Heard learned counsel Shri Sadavarte for applicants and learned APP Ms Jaipurkar for respondent no.1-State. This application is filed by the applicants for early hearing on the ground that applicant no.1, who is working as a Headmaster in Zilla Parishad school is to retire from service on 31st March, 2019 and therefore prays for early hearing by fixed date, so that there should not be any impediment in payment of his retiral benefits on his retirement.

For the grounds mentioned in the application as above, same is disposed of as allowed.
