Present application is for withdrawal of the amount. 2.

In view of the settlement before the Mediator, the applicant/Sanjay Anandrao Dhapodkar has deposited the amount of Rs. 20,00,000/- till today. The applicant has no objection for withdrawal of the said amount. 3.

In view of that, the amount of Rs. 20,00,000/- along with accrued interest, if any, be paid to the applicant/complainant - Amit Ramdas Chavan, on due identification and verification.

The criminal application is disposed of.

In view of the settlement, the applicant has complied by making a part payment and has requested two weeks' time to comply with the further compliance. 6.

Stand over after three weeks.
