The present civil application has been filed by learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 6 for withdrawal of their Vakalatnama.

Since respondent Nos.2 and 3 are present and respondent No.2 is also power of attorney holder for respondent Nos.3 to 6, the civil application is allowed. The appearance of Mr. A.A. Naik and Mr. Rohan Deo, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 6 is discharged. 3.

The civil application stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
