Both the Advocates submit that consent terms were filed in Family Court No.4 on 6th July 2018 in Petition No.F-363/2018. Pursuant to the said consent terms, a petition for divorce by mutual consent was filed in the Family Court No.3, at Nagpur. The learned counsel for applicant submits that in view of the said position, he wants to withdraw the present MCA. Permission granted.
