The present appeal arising out of Trade Mark Suit No.02 of 2019. The learned Advocate for the respondent/original plaintiff has filed Pursis dated 16.09.2025 on record, along with copy of application dated 10.07.2025, praying for passing of compromise decree in terms of out of settlement between the parties and order dated 10.07.2025 passed by the learned District Judge-8, Nagpur, disposing of the suit as per compromise terms. 2.
