Meghe for petitioner, without prejudice to the contentions raised in the matter, states that as employer and employee have reached to an arrangement as per compromise pursis filed vide Stamp No.3940/2016, the contempt petition may be disposed of. He further states that original service book has been received by the petitioner and post dated cheques along with last pay certificate are also delivered in her custody.
In this situation, to preserve cordial relations between parties, we dispose of the contempt petition by accepting compromise pursis. However, we grant petitioner leave to approach again, if there is
