2 39-CAF No.295.2023 CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 296 OF 2023 By this application, the applicants are seeking stay to the effect, operation and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Decree dated 02.05.2022, passed by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Amravati in Land Acquisition Case No. 604 of 2006.

On depositing entire amount of compensation along with accrued interests within a period of eight weeks, the effect, operation and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Decree dated 02.05.2022 be stayed.

On failure of the depositing of the amount, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.
