Heard.

This is an application filed on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 seeking directions to the appellant to deposit the balance of decreetal amount - 25% before this Court. The further prayer made in this application is to withdraw the aforesaid amount after the same is deposited.

Today, Shri U.A.Gosavi, learned counsel for the appellant appeared before the Court and submitted that the balance of decreetal amount - 25% is already been deposited before the Reference Court i.e. the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha vide cheque No.104274 dated 19/08/2019.

In this view of the matter, respondent Nos.1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw the aforesaid

9CAF 3968.19 amount from the Reference Court.

The Civil Application is accordingly stands allowed and disposed of.
