The order of granting bail to the applicants was passed on 07.04.2022 by imposing certain conditions and within seven months the present application has been moved for relaxation of one of the conditions. At the time of grant of bail, the applicants never objected to said condition.

Considering the offence and the possibility that if the applicants are allowed to enter the jurisdiction of Balapur Tahsil, they may tamper with the evidence or pressurize the prosecution witnesses, I am not inclined to allow the present application.
