DATED : OCTOBER 10, 2019 Heard Mr. Wahane, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Jawade, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the non applicant-State.

On 05.09.2019, this Court has protected the applicants that in the event of arrest in connection with Crime No.333/2018, registered with Police Station, Ghatanji, Dist. Yavatmal they be released on bail on they executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each, they were also directed to attend police station as and when directed by the investigating officer.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant no.1 has attended and joined investigation when he was called by the investigating officer. This statement is not at all disputed rather learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that applicant no.1 has extended full cooperation to the investigating officer.

aba615.19.odt During the course of the submission Mr.Wahane, learned counsel for the applicants, submitted that the applicants have also filed application for quashing of the proceedings and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has directed not to file charge-sheet against the applicants. In that view of the aforesaid, I confirm the order passed by this Court on 05.09.2019. Applicants will have to remain present after the cognizance is being taken by the competent Court.

It is submitted on behalf of the applicants that applicant no.2 is a 82 years lady and she is bedridden. It will be open for the applicants to file appropriate application before learned Judge who will take the cognizance, for necessary order in the matter.

With this Criminal Application is allowed and disposed of.
