DATE : June 06, 2022 Civil Application No.257/2022 in Writ Petition No.3822/2010 Prayer is to grant early hearing in view of the fact that according to the applicants the point raised in this writ petition is decided in Writ Petition No.6331/2016 on 27/07/2017. By that judgment it has been held that the service rendered with the Zilla Parishad prior to absorption of service with the

In that judgment it has been observed that the Government Resolution dated 13/08/1990 is not under challenge. It is however seen that this Government Resolution has been challenged in Writ Petition No.3133/2015. Considering the fact that the writ petition is of the year 2010 and the petitioners are likely to superannuate, the writ petition is directed to be listed for hearing in the week commencing from 20/06/2022.

Civil Application is disposed of.
