Heard Shri A.P. Wachasunder, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri H.R. Dhumale, learned APP for respondent No. 1 and Shri N.B. Kalwaghe, learned counsel for non-applicant Nos. 2 & 3.

From the perusal of ground stated in the application, it appears that Shri Wachasunder, learned counsel was admitted in the hospital at Mumbai and thereafter at Pune, hence, he could not remain present before this Court.

In the circumstances, Criminal Application is allowed. Criminal Revision is restored to the file at the stage when it was dismissed.
