DATE : 09.04.2015 By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent no.1 to pay the retiral dues of the petitioner. The respondent no.1 has filed an affidavit-in-reply and stated therein that the State Government has released the grants and the retiral dues would be paid to the petitioner as early as possible and positively within a period of four weeks. We dispose of the writ petition by accepting the statement made on behalf of the respondent no.1, which would be binding on it. No order as to costs.
