By this application, the respondent/applicant is seeking modification of the condition, which is imposed by order dated 30/08/2024 releasing him on bail by directing that he shall furnish local surety from the State of Maharashtra.

Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that respondent is a resident of State of Orissa and he has no acquaintance with anybody here, and therefore, he is unable to produce local surety.

Considering the fact that, the appeal is pending due to absence of the respondent, so the condition was imposed. Now, the respondent is ready to deposit cash surety of Rs. 25,000/-. The condition is also imposed on the respondent to attend the Police Station Rajura, District Chandrapur, twice in a month and shall remain present before this Court for disposal of the appeal. rkn

All other conditions remains as it is and the condition of the local surety is modified, and the respondent permitted to furnish cash surety of Rs. 25,000/- along with P.R. bond of like amount.

The respondent shall also furnish his address, where he is residing Orissa, along with address proof and the names of their two relatives with their address proof. 6.

The respondent shall also furnish his mobile number(s) and the mobile number of the two relatives. 7.

The application is disposed of.

The parties shall act upon duly authenticated copy of this order.
