This application is filed for condonation of 1297 days' delay caused in filing application to bring on record legal representatives of deceased respondent no.4 and for setting aside abatement.

For the grounds mentioned in the application, delay caused is satisfactorily explained. Delay is, therefore, condoned. Legal representative of deceased respondent no.4 is allowed to be taken on record. Application is disposed of as allowed.
