Heard Advocate Shri Bhishikar for the applicant. He has submitted that due to the reasons mentioned in the application, the application be allowed. Learned counsel for the non-applicant Mrs. Deshmukh strongly objected the application. She has submitted that the reasons in the application are frivolous and false, therefore, application is liable to be rejected. Applicant is challenging the judgment dated 20.11.2017 passed by Family Court, Nagpur. It is the contention of the applicant that less amount of maintenance is granted by the Family Court, therefore, she wants to challenge the judgment. If the application is allowed and the matter is decided on merit, no prejudice will cause to the respondent/husband. Hence, following order: Application is allowed. Delay is condoned.
