DATED : 13 th November, 2019 By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order passed by the respondent No.3 - District Magistrate, rejecting the application of the petitioner for renewal of arm's license. The order passed by Divisional Commissioner dismissing the appeal filed by the petitioner is also challenged.

We are of the view that the challenge to the impugned orders can be examined by Single Judge of this Court taking up civil writ petitions.

Office is directed to place the matter before appropriate Bench within one week.
