By this writ petition, the petitioners have challenged the order of the Additional Tribal Commissioner, Amravati, dated 19/08/2016 directing the petitioner to absorb the respondent No.3 in the school run by the petitioner-Society.

Shri Madiwale, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2, states that there is a vacancy in the post of assistant teacher at Akola Bazar in Yavatmal district. If the respondent No.3 is ready to join on the post, the grievance of the petitioner as well as the respondent No.3 would stand redressed. Ms Tanna, the learned counsel for the respondent No.3, states on instructions from the respondent No.3, who is present in the court today, that the respondent No.3 is ready to join in the school at Akola Bazar in Yavatmal district and she would join the duties in the said school, immediately.

In view of the statements made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the respondent No.3, there would be no reason to proceed

2/2 wp5749.16 with the petition any longer. It appears that the grievance of the petitioner as well as the respondent No.3 would stand redressed, in view of the acceptance of the proposal by the respondent No.3 to join at Akola Bazar.

Hence, we dispose of the writ petition with no order as to costs.
