26.10.2023 After having heard for some time, when the Court was not inclined to grant relief, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the trial Court for appropriate remedy. It appears that the trial Court has rejected the application under question on the ground that it is premature and has also given liberty to file fresh application, if so required.

In view of above, permission is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
