It is stated on behalf of applicant that a cheque dated 14.12.2018 towards the amount of compensation has been received. The applicant is permitted to deposit the same within a period of one week from today.

The Civil Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of.

In view of this, C.A.(O) No.12/2019 does not survive and it is disposed of accordingly.

CA(F) No.4906 and 4907 of 2017 Considering the reasons mentioned in both the applications, the legal representatives of respondent no.1 are permitted to be brought on record after condoning the delay. Amendments be carried out within one week.
