DATED : 19/01/2023 By this application respondent Nos.1 to 4 are seeking withdrawal of the amount which is deposited against the compensation amount awarded by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the respondents are permitted to withdraw 50% of amount on furnishing usual undertaking. Amount be disbursed on due identification and verification.
