The Civil Application No. 2443 of 2019 filed by the respondent No. 1 for seeking permission to declare the result of the selection process for the post of Assistant Professor, Agricultural Biotechnology is not opposed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, but he submits that if further appointments have to be made on the basis of the result, the same be made subject to result of this petition.

In view of the above, Civil Application is allowed. The respondents are permitted to go ahead for further process, which shall be subject to result of this petition.
