Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. Though the learned counsel for the non-applicants opposes the prayer made in the Application, for the reasons stated in the Application, the Writ Petition is restored to file and the order dated 10th September 2015, is set aside, subject to the condition that the applicant deposits an amount of Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred) in the High Court Bar Library, within a period of one week.

The Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and disposed of. JUDGE JUDGE sahare
