The present application is filed for condonation of delay of 12 days in filing revision application to set aside the order dated 08/09/2022 passed by Registrar (Judicial) refusing to register the Second Appeal. The said order came to be passed for non-removal of office objections.

As the delay is properly explained, it is hereby condoned. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION (ST.) NO. 16752 OF 2022 The present application is filed for setting aside the order dated 08/09/2022 passed by Registrar (Judicial) refusing to register the Second Appeal for want of removal of office objections.

For the reason stated in the application that the inadvertent mistake had been occurred by the clerk and he has filed his affidavit to that effect, the application is allowed. The order passed by Registrar (J) dated 08/09/2022 is hereby set aside. 3.

Registry is directed to register the Second Appeal on its stamp number. Accordingly, the application stands disposed of. 4.

The appellant to remove office objections within two weeks i.e. by 11/11/2022.
