The only prayer made by the petitioner in the instant petition is for a direction to the State of Maharashtra to decide the proposal of the petitioner for his pre-mature release as per the Government Resolution concerning the subject.
Since the prayer made by the petitioner is innocuous, we dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the respondent no.1 to decide the application of the petitioner as early as possible and positively within three months. Order accordingly.
