By these applications, the applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 370 days in filing the application for setting aside the abatement of the appeal against the deceased appellant no.1 and her legal heirs, and for bringing the legal heirs on record, for setting aside the abatement of appeal against the deceased appellant no.1 and for substitution of the name of the legal heirs/representatives of the deceased appellant no. 1 on record.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the applications are allowed.
