This is an application filed by the applicant - respondent No. 1 for permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant. The learned counsel for the appellant has no objection if the amount is permitted to be withdrawn by the applicant - respondent No. 1, as the First Appeal is already disposed of finally. In the circumstances, applicant - respondent No. 1 is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court. Application is disposed of accordingly.
