O R D E R

(Dated : 3/3/2024) The parties have tendered form 'N' as per terms and compromise . 2.

The First Appeal stands disposed as withdrawn in terms of Form 'N'.

The Respondents/Claimant Nos.1 to 3 shall be entitled to withdraw their respective share of compensation amount of Rs.44,65,941/- and of Rs.10,09,835/- as deposited before Motor Accident Claim Tribunal Kelapur Dist.Yavatmal. The respondent No.6 Kusum already withdrawn her entire share from that amount in view of order of High Court in CAF No.3625 of 2019 dated 30.09.2019 and therefore, respondent Nos.1 to 3 are only entitled to the remaining amount of compensation. 4.

Court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellants as per Rule. 5.

Filing of a separate petition does not require for withdrawal of amount as per this order/award.

Copy of this order be supplied to the learned Counsel for the parties free of costs.
