Civil Applicaiton No.2644 of 2021 By this application, the responded Nos.1-A to 1-B has sought withdrawal of compensation deposited by the appellant/acquiring body. Having considered the reasons stated in the application, the applicants are permitted to withdraw 50 % of the compensation along with the proportionate interest accrued thereon. The withdrawal of the amount is subject to final outcome of the appeal and the respondent No.1-A to 1-B will file an undertaking that the amount with interest will be refunded in the

event the appellants succeed in the appeal.

The application stands disposed of.
