Present appeal is preferred against the judgment and order passed in Special (POCSO) Case No.62/2023 by the Sessions Court, Gondia rejecting the bail application of the present appellant.

After hearing the learned Counsel for the appellant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, this Court has expressed disinclination to grant bail to the present appellant. 4.

In view of that the learned Counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the same. 5.

Permission is granted.
