We fail to understand the locus of the petitioner to claim the reliefs of direction to the respondents to decide the representation. This is trying to trigger sub-litigation.

Hence, we direct the petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rs. Two Lakhs only) initially to show the bonafides.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not in a position to deposit such amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rs. Two Lakhs only) in this Court to show the bonafides.

We prima-facie find that the bonafides of the petitioner are lacking. This is nothing but triggering the litigation.

The petition is dismissed with costs of Rs.2,000/- (Rs. Two Thousand only) to be paid within a period of two weeks from today to the High Court Legal Sub-Committee, Nagpur, failing which the action shall be taken against the petitioner.
