Mishra, learned Advocate for the non-applicant states that the plaintiff in civil suit has filed an application before trial Court seeking permission to withdraw the civil suit and therefore, the challenge to the interlocutory order passed by the trial Court on the application (Exh.16) does not survive.
3] Accepting the above submission, the civil revision application is disposed as infructuous. In the circumstances, parties to bear their own costs.
