DATE : 25.10.2016 Shri Agnihotri, the learned Counsel for the applicant states that it is difficult to pay the costs of Rs.2,000/- to the respondent nos.1 to 3 as the Counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 3, Shri Chauhan could not be contacted. It is stated that the applicant is ready to pay the amount of Rs.2,000/- to the Bar Library or Bar Association.

Hence, we modify our order dated, 23.9.2016 and permit the applicant to pay the costs of Rs.1,000/- to the High Court Bar Library, Nagpur and the costs of Rs.1,000/- to the High Court Bar Association, Nagpur within one week. JUDGE JUDGE Wadkar
