First Appeal is dismissed by the order dated 05.12.2015. The appellant has deposited an amount of compensation of Rs.92,051/- and Rs. 25,000 on 28.04.2004 and 04.03.2004 respectively.

Looking to the ground mentioned in the application, the Civil Application is allowed. Respondent no. 1 is dead. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are the legal representatives of the respondent no. 1. Hence, the balance amount alongwith accrued interest, if any, be paid to respondent nos. 2 and 3.
