This is an application filed by the applicant - respondent No. 1 for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.10,82,782/- (Rs. Ten lakh eighty two thousand seven hundred and eighty two only) which was deposited by the appellant with the Registry of this Court.

As the First Appeal No. 197 of 2006 has already been decided, therefore, the present application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount as has been deposited by the appellant with accrued interest, if any.

Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
