While remanding the matter to the appellate authority, inadvertently, it is recorded in paragraph 7 of the order dated 11/10/2021 that the petition is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

The reference ought to have been only to prayer clause (a) which is the appellate order. The order dated 11/10/2021 be corrected appropriately and the words prayer clause (b) in the order be deleted.
